In way less time than it takes to unwrap and cook a frozen pizza, you could have this naan pizza, crisped to perfection from the air fryer. This air fryer method combined with pre-made naan almost feels like cheating - it's so quick and easy and so, so delicious. It’s crispy on the bottom and loaded with Italian spices, tomato sauce, and melty cheese on top. Perfect as is or feel free to add any extra toppings from your fridge. I love to add small diced peppers, along with a bit of chicken, sausage, or pepperoni when I have them handy!

What are the ingredients in Air fryer Naan Pizza?

There are just a handful of ingredients needed to make this quick and easy pizza

  • naan flatbreads - this will be the crust
  • olive oil - to brush on the flatbreads for flavor and added crispiness
  • garlic powder and oregano - adds a delicious burst of flavor
  • tomato sauce - I buy a large carton at the store and then freeze in individual portion sizes; you can use your favorite type/brand
  • mozzarella cheese - I love the extra creamy pizza mozzarella that comes in a sphere shape; but use your favorite!

How to make Air Fryer Pizza?

It couldn't be simpler to make!

step one: brush naan with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano

step two: add the sauce, followed by the cheese


step three: use the air fryer to cook at 380 F for 4 minutes

step four: carefully remove, cut into slices, and serve!

Tips and tricks for the best Air Fryer Pizza:

  • This is a great starting recipe, but you can personalize it as you wish using your favorite toppings
  • check the pizza after 3 minutes, they can cook very quick
  • just cook one pizza at a time, overcrowding the pizzas is not a good idea
  • you can skip the olive oil and seasoning if you want, but it really helps give the crust an extra crisp so i reccommend using it!

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


1. Preheat Air fryer

Preheat Air fryer to 380 F

2. Prepare the crust

Brush the oil evenly over both naan breads, then sprinkle both with garlic powder and oregano

3. Prepare the toppings

Add pizza sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese, (and any other toppings you want!)

4. Air Fry

Bake in preheated Air fryer for 4 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and naan bread has been crisped
